These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website crutevertos.com (hereinafter, the "Platform"), operated by Crutevertos S.A.C. (hereinafter, "Crutevertos"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Peru. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Crutevertos is an educational platform dedicated exclusively to the review, analysis, and dissemination of information about AI-based trading algorithms operating in the market. Crutevertos does NOT sell, market, or distribute financial products or services of any kind. We do NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, or buy or sell recommendations. All published information is for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Acceptable Use of the Platform

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or compliance of these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Lima, Peru, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
